Typeface Specimen Booklet:

Bookman is a transitional serif typeface that evolved from its original manufacture in the mid-1800s. Modified by letterist Ed Benguit in 1975, the typeface became a bolder adaptation to its ancestors and became a successful font in the advertisement industry.

For this project, I researched the font’s history, typographic elements, and significant events within the same year the font was created. I used the font’s letterforms to create graphic elements that adorned all eight pages and incorporated one color for additional emphasis and contrast.
